SMS & TCPA Policy

This policy explains how Activate Towing LLC uses text messages and phone calls to serve customers, and how we comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Consent
By calling us, texting us, submitting a request form on this site, or replying to one of our messages, you agree that Activate Towing may contact you by phone call and SMS at the number you provided about your service request, dispatch status, quote, arrival time, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts without prior express written consent. Consent to receive service messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your job. Typical exchanges include job confirmation, driver ETA, arrival, and a short follow-up. Most requests result in fewer than 10 messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may still receive a phone call if the driver needs to reach you about a job in progress.

Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
